Is responsible for planning, organizing, and running a hospital-sponsored after-school program designed to support employees and their families. This role ensures that children of hospital staff have a safe, enriching, and productive environment after school hours by engaging with them. Develop educational and recreational activities, coordinate, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Education & Experience
Any combination of an associate’s degree with two to three (2-3) years of experience in childcare or in a related field, or a High School Diploma or equivalent certificate from an accredited institution, vocational or technical certificate of completion, and five (5) years of experience in childcare, education, or youth program coordination.
